Quality Custom Monarch Lathes offered by TAS IRON LTD, Not the old original OEM equipment issues and TAS IRON LTD is the OEM of the controls spec's on all operations, we take stock machine castings that we have available, or take your machine into our program and make it outstanding again. Don't suffer with the old control system, send it to us and we will update it the way you expect it to run. Pick your drive system we offer a 3HP, 5HP or 7.5HP Motors, we hook these up to our drive system that is integrated into our TAS ELSR Control System. Then we install our TAS Digital Scales for a locally supportable product. Our custom controls and drives for our lathes are not Monarch OEM supplied. Our controls do operate a little different than the old control system. Our controls are built in Ohio along with our CNC Controls We strongly suggest reviewing whether or not your operator can handle more than two buttons. Forward and Reverse with E-stop. Some of our customers use machinist who are not capable of learning change, not use to having an E-stop. Also, mechanical engagements function are the same, but we still have customer asking us how to engage threading with our control, it's the same as it always was with the original Monarch version of control.
