LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
• Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, shipping damage after delivery, or customer negligence.
• Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at TAS IRON LTD.'s discretion.
• Labor, transportation, lost profits, downtime, and consequential damages are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval and issuance of an RMA number by TAS IRON LTD.

 2. Custom-built, rebuilt, retrofitted, remanufactured, modified, and special-order machinery are NON-RETURNABLE except for TAS Control System and TAS Digital Scales. 3. Shipping damage claims must be noted with the carrier upon delivery and reported to TAS IRON LTD within 48 hours.

 4. Returned equipment must be in substantially the same condition as delivered and is subject to inspection.

 5. Returns accepted for reasons other than warranty defects may be subject to restocking charges and all transportation costs.

 6. Equipment that has been dropped, abused, altered, improperly installed, or operated outside recommended specifications is excluded from warranty and return eligibility.

 7. TAS IRON LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or issue credit.

 8. Purchaser acknowledges that custom machinery and retrofit projects are specifically manufactured to customer specifications and therefore are not eligible for return after acceptance and delivery.

 9. Ohio law shall govern all disputes arising from the sale or service of equipment.
